Shipping Policy – CV Heavy Traders

1. General

CV Heavy Traders (“we”, “us”, “our”) sells machinery and equipment through our website and other channels. Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, we do not arrange shipping of any purchased goods. The Buyer is responsible for organizing transportation and delivery of all purchases.

2. Shipping Upon Request

If the Buyer requests that CV Heavy Traders arrange shipping:

  1. The request must be made prior to payment and accepted in writing by us.

  2. Any shipping arranged by us will be subject to additional charges, which will be agreed upon before shipment.

  3. Shipping services provided by CV Heavy Traders are limited to coordinating carriers; we are not responsible for loss, damage, or delay once the goods leave our premises, except as otherwise required by law.

3. Buyer Responsibility

Unless shipping is arranged and agreed in writing:

  • The Buyer must organize pickup, transportation, and delivery of purchased goods.

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the Buyer at the time the goods leave our premises.

  • The Buyer must ensure that any carrier, equipment, or method used to transport the goods is suitable and safe.

4. Delivery Timing

  • Any estimated delivery or collection times are guidelines only and not guaranteed.

  • CV Heavy Traders is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, traffic, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Insurance

We strongly recommend that the Buyer arranges insurance for the goods during transit. CV Heavy Traders is not responsible for any damage, loss, or theft during transport unless we have explicitly arranged shipping and agreed otherwise in writing.

6. Pickup

  • Goods may be collected directly from our premises at the Buyer’s expense.

  • The Buyer must provide all necessary information and equipment to safely load and transport the goods.

  • Risk passes to the Buyer at the time of collection.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CV Heavy Traders is not liable for any loss, damage, or delay in connection with transport or delivery of goods unless otherwise agreed in writing.
